Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are highly encouraged, but not required. Walk ins are welcome however are on a first come first served basis. For groups larger than 5 guests please email info@apothekeco.com to inquire about a private session for your party.
Can I bring my own vessel to make my candle?
No. All vessels provided have been carefully tested to ensure that your candle burns optimally and safely. We offer a variety of colors so don’t worry we promise to send you home with something you’ll love!
Can I make more than one candle during my class?
Time permitting attendees are welcome to make multiple candles during their lesson. Please note, any additional cadles you make it class will have their own $55 cost associated with it. Please talk to your Chandler when you come to class and they will take payment and set up your station accordingly.
What happens if I forget to pick up my candle?
We understand that things happen but we cannot hold candles for any longer than 2 weeks after your class. If you would like us to ship your candle for a $20 flat fee, please email info@apothekeco.com to request delivery to your home. Please note, any candles that are not picked up will be discarded or donated.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please feel free to do so up to 48 hours before your class starts. Please use the prompt within your confirmation email to do so, and you will be issued a full refund.If you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of class start time, please email studio@apothekeco.comto reschedule your class or request a credit. A one-time rescheduling request will be allowed. No refunds.Cancellation within 12 hours of your class can not be refunded or rescheduled due to availability.
Can you ship me my APOTHEKE Studio candle?
Absolutely! If you’d rather us ship your candle to your home, we’d be happy to do so for a $20 flat fee. You will be asked to provide a shipping address at the beginning of class and our team will send you tracking as soon as it ships.
Are there additional perks for APOTHEKE Rewards Members?
Yes! Rewards Members receive 15 extra points on top of their point multiplier for each APOTHEKE Studio class they attend. Please make sure you checkout using the same email and your points will automatically be credited to your account. Click here to join APOTHEKE Rewards.
How many poeple can make one candle?
Each class is designed for one person per candle, so we kindly ask that only one person sits at the candle bar at a time. If a friend would like to join you, we’ll happily reserve a second seat and candle for them as well.
