We currently ship via UPS and are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.
Free shipping offers are only available to the continental U.S.

Apotheke is happy to return any unopened merchandise up to 15 days after it is received. Please email email@example.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization ib the subject with the order number. Apotheke is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Apotheke. We are unable to cover return shipping costs. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
Sale Items, Bundle items, Discontinued Items, Gift Certificates and third party items not produced by Apotheke are final sale and are not able to be returned. Items with no proof of purchase are non refundable.
