Free shipping offers are only available to the continental U.S.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Apotheke is happy to return any unopened merchandise up to 15 days after it is received. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization for any online order. UPS is our preferred method for return shipping. We are unable to cover return shipping costs, but will ship your exchange at no extra charge. Exchanges or returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email email@example.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
Sale and Bundle items are final sale and not able to be returned.
