APOTHEKE Rewards Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the APOTHEKE Rewards program. By enrolling in the APOTHEKE Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Eligibility:

  • Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  • You must agree to abide by the loyalty terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • Program enrollment requires providing your first and last name, email address, and creating a password.
  • Only one rewards program account is permitted per registered address.

Eligibility and Enrollment:

  • Upon enrollment, you will automatically be assigned to Tier 1 (Bronze) membership.
  • To advance to Tier 2 (Silver), you must achieve a cumulative spend of $350.
  • To qualify for Tier 3 (Gold), you must achieve a cumulative spend of $600.
  • No previous purchases made before the creation of an APOTHEKE Rewards account are eligible for reward points.

Earning Points:

  • You must be enrolled in the program and logged in before making an eligible purchase to receive points.
  • Points are earned based on your tier level: Bronze (1x points), Silver (1.25x points), and Gold (1.5x points).
  • Eligible products for earning points include all APOTHEKE-made products, both in-store and online (third-party “Home Products” purchased at any APOTHEKE retail stores are eligible for points).

In-Store Purchases:

  • For in-store purchases, members must provide their loyalty email at checkout.
  • Our retail team will verify your APOTHEKE Rewards account and apply any eligible points upon request.
  • Please ensure to provide your loyalty email to ensure points are properly credited to your account for qualifying purchases made in-store.

Redeeming Points:

  • Points can be redeemed by logging into your APOTHEKE account at the time of purchase.
  • The maximum reward that can be redeemed for an order is 400 points ($40 off).
  • Points cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts.

Tier Benefits:

  • Each tier level offers specific benefits, including point multipliers, birthday rewards, entry rewards, and 24-hour early access to promotions and new releases.

Referral Program:

  • Members of APOTHEKE Rewards have the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends to join the program.
  • For each friend successfully referred to join APOTHEKE Rewards, the referring member will earn $15 in points.
  • The referred friend will also receive $15 off their first APOTHEKE order of $50 or more.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral points a member can earn.
  • To qualify for the referral reward, you must log into your account and enter the friends email under “Refer a friend.” the friend will receive a code for $15 off their first order of $50+. After the code has been used, you will receive $15 in points credited to your account. 
  • Referred customers must meet the minimum purchase requirement to redeem their $15 discount on their first order.
  • Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for use within the APOTHEKE Rewards program.
  • APOTHEKE reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Offers and Rewards:

  • Offers and rewards are available while supplies last.
  • We reserve the right to substitute rewards at our discretion.
  • Damaged, incorrect, or missing rewards should be reported to Customer Service at info@apothekeco.com.

Program Changes and Termination:

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes may affect the value of rewards already accumulated.
  • We reserve the right to exclude or discontinue the participation of any member at our discretion.

Opt-Out and Account Merge:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@apothekeco.com.
  • If you have multiple accounts, please email us to merge them.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liabilities:

  • APOTHEKE makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the program benefits, offers, or rewards.
  • We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any program materials.
  • APOTHEKE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • In no event shall APOTHEKE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the program, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
  • You agree that your use of the program is at your own risk.
  • APOTHEKE reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
