"The original bottle we purchased had very nice, really straight reeds. This is the second refill that's come with reeds that curve quite significantly. In the grand scheme of things, I won't lose sleep over it but it looks cheap, especially considering it isn't. Totally understand that these are natural materials but I think some quality control is needed."
