Fabulous lotion, not-so-great pump.

"The lotion itself is GORGEOUS and I love it - the fragrance is an absolute delight, it glides on easily and absorbs very well. My only grips is with the pump on the bottle. I ordered two bottles. The pump was nearly impossible to open - twisted in the right direction, pressed down slightly, nothing happened. I had to get husband and he had to use pliers on the pump, twisted off the bottle, to get it to open. On the second bottle, the tip of the pump was broken off. I can re-use the first pump on the second bottle, but shouldn't have to. My second request is: PLEASE make SSG into a shampoo and conditioner!! And body fragrance!! I am obsessed."

Terrible Order Fulfillment

"The company did not send out my order when it said it would. After I emailed them they confirmed it went out (which it did not) and gave me a tracking number (which stated that UPS never received a package and only a label was requested). And I had to contact them again to let them know that the order was still in a black hole. I would not recommend ordering from their website. Better off buying in a store or through another store’s website."
