Can I return my subscription order?

We are happy to accept unused merchandise within 15 days after it has been received. Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. To request a return please email info@apothekeco.com.

I have too much product.

If you have too much on hand you can skip your next subscription or update your frequency. If you have questions about how often we recommend customers receive their subscriptions please see below.


Avid candle user: every month
Occasional candle user: every 2 months
Reed Diffuser/Refills: every 3 months

Is there a cut off date to make edits to my subscription order? 

You have 5 days from your reminder email to make changes to your subscription. Please note, once your subscription order is processed it may be too late to make any additional changes. Please email info@apothekeco.com if your subscription order has been processed and you need to make a change to your order. If your order has already been assigned tracking no further changes can be made.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription log into your APOTHEKE account. Under “Manage my subscription” click “Cancel my subscription” and you will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

Can I apply a promotion code or offer to my subscription order?

Additional discounts and offers cannot be applied to subscription orders at this time.

Are there additional perks for APOTHEKE Rewards Members?

Yes! Rewards Members receive 15 extra points after every third subscription order. Please make sure you subscribe using the same email and your points will automatically be credited to your account. Click here to join APOTHEKE Rewards.
