The world is moving quickly and we're all feeling a little overwhelmed. Through the pandemic, protests, and politics, it's hard to feel like you're doing enough when you can barely keep up. It's times like these I need to remember that keeping yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy is still important.
It can seem selfish to focus on your self at all, but remember that you can't do good if you don't feel good. That's why I'd love to offer up some ways to relax, recharge, and re-inspire yourself (while still supporting those in need) so you can keep working towards a better tomorrow.
TREATS THAT GIVE BACK
It's tricky to tout eating a bunch of cookies as a healthy activity, but honestly it can do wonders. We're so over the ridiculous bikini body standard (especially when I can't even get to a beach), and giving yourself a diet break or a treat is 100% necessary for a healthy life.

This is a little out of the blue (or pink), but does anyone else have a weird quarantine fixation? When I need to feel refreshed after destroying one of those bags of cookies, I've been reaching for these delicious, bright pink citrus rose water drinks. Honestly I think I downed my whole shipment in two days and haven't been able to stop ordering it since.
If you're not into rose, they have flavors like charcoal, turmeric, aloe, and every other health food you can think of, all with equally stunning packaging.
